Concept Design

Every great project begins with a clear vision and the right team. We take time to understand your goals, style, and priorities, then translate them into a preliminary design with layout suggestions and visual renderings.  

We encourage clients to design their full wish list even if it’s not all built at once. It’s much easier to scale back than to redesign later to add more features.

Revisions

Your feedback matters. We walk through the initial design together and make thoughtful adjustments to ensure every detail aligns with your expectations and budget before moving forward.

Most projects include two to three revisions by default so you have ample opportunity to become confident in both the plan and the ultimate investment.

Estimating

Once the design is finalized, we prepare a detailed estimate for your project. Projects can be built in phases or all at once and we aim to be flexible with your budget.

Our build plans are created for precision. Helping streamline permits, prevent delays, and ensure your finished space looks exactly like the vision you approved.

Build

Our experienced builders take over with precision and care, turning the plans into reality. We manage the entire process with regular check-ins, clear communication, and a commitment to high quality.

What's included in the design phase?

Every design will include 2D layout plans, 3D renders (enough to see all key features), 2-3 revisions, and our estimate to build, if requested.

Do I need to build with you to receive my design?

No. We intentionally treat the design and build phases separately, knowing each is an important decision. Your design is yours to keep though we’d be honored to bring it to life!

How long does a typical project take?

Timelines vary based on scope, permitting, site conditions, among other things. The design process can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks. Build timelines range from 1-2 weeks for simpler projects up to 12 weeks or more for feature-heavy builds, builds that require stages. We’ll walk through timing expectations with you before getting started.

Do you handle permits and approvals?

Yes. Our team is familiar with Austin’s permitting process and will take care of any necessary approvals so your project meets local regulations.

Can I make changes during the construction process?

Minor adjustments are possible and can be discussed during the build. We’ll always be transparent about how changes may impact budget or timeline.

Do you offer warranties or ongoing maintenance?
